We also prioritize responsible farming practices, animal welfare, and consistent product quality so customers know they're getting beef they can trust.

Our pricing is based on the quality of our product and the way it's raised. Since our beef is 100% grass-fed, it requires more care and time than conventional beef. We aim to offer competitive pricing while providing customers with high-quality, ethically raised beef and reliable service.

At Mata Rodriguez Ranch, we are easy to work with, responsive, and believe in building long-term relationships instead of just making a sale. We like to understand what our customers need, communicate honestly, and follow through on what we say. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible and be someone they can rely on.

Most orders are ready in about 3–5 weeks. The exact timing depends on whether we can pair you with other customers if you choose not to get a whole cow, and on how busy the butcher is. After the butcher date, it takes approximately 3 weeks to cut, package, and freeze your order. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

We work with Marzolf Meats in Snohomish, a trusted local butcher known for high-quality processing. Once your order is complete, you'll pick it up directly from Marzolf Meats. The butcher will contact you when it's ready and make sure you have all the information you need for pickup.
