• ½ Beef — $7.25/lb hanging weight
• ¼ Beef — $7.50/lb hanging weight

🔪 Pay the Butcher
The butcher charges $1.25/lb hanging weight for cut & wrap, plus a $200 slaughter fee per animal.

The slaughter fee is divided based on your share:

• Whole Beef — $200
• ½ Beef — $100
• ¼ Beef — $50

Example: If you purchase a half beef, you pay Mata Rodriguez Ranch your beef price. You then pay the butcher $1.25/lb for cut & wrap + your $100 portion of the slaughter fee.

Final totals vary based on the animal's actual hanging weight.
